Canada A-Z - Five companies to follow #1

And welcome to my new article. Given all the markets I went through number of times I asked subscribers which market they would like to pick for 5 interesting companies. I was kind of surprised to see the Canada was most desirable, so I decided to share 5 most interesting canadian companies I follow.

I consider Canada to be a wasteland. All the better or interesting ones have been acquired, which suggests this screenshot of purple color from my sheets.

You will find lots of O&G, minerals and low-tech unprofitable companies in this space, which are not exciting to spend time with. Lots of companies are in debt. To be clear, 98% of all canadian companies are probably waste of time and I am saying this after I went A-Z two times there. So picking five the most interesting ones was a tough job to do especially if I am trying to look few years out. In the past I have written about Supremex, Quorum, Inter-rock minerals, Hemisphere Energy and Awi Holdings. I passed on lots of interesting stuff mainly Zoomd since it was $0.2. So before that happens again, I am going to share the most interesting stuff I see with a focus more on quality. I follow each of them but the first one I follow the most.
